Cancellation policy
- Right of withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the customer takes possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by informing the provider www.mydaymydream.com , Bahnhofstr. 55-57, 69115 Heidelberg, by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of the decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with this withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- Consequences of cancellation: You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have canceled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
- Returns: The terms and conditions stated in this "Returns" section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the "Consumer Right of Withdrawal Information" section. Customers are requested to notify the seller of the return (email: ask@mydaymydream.com) before returning the goods. This allows the seller to allocate the products as quickly as possible. Customers are requested to return the goods to the seller as a prepaid package (insured, in the original packaging) and retain the delivery receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customers are asked to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
Returns and refunds only for unworn and unwashed items
The customer is obligated to check the received order/goods for accuracy and completeness immediately, especially before use, wearing, and washing. Otherwise, later notifications of defects cannot be accepted and completely exclude the customer's right to return the goods.
