Nobody likes waiting endlessly for their packages, that's why we make every effort to ensure your order arrives quickly.

If you're not satisfied with a product, sure it makes us sad but we give you an opportunity to make a return.

During 14 days from the date you received our goods you can send us the socks back in case you haven`t used them before. You only need to pay for the shipment.

1. Pack the goods. 

Please pack the socks well and securely in the original package or in another durable box. A direct exchange is not possible. Please place a new order.

2. Inform us.

Please send us a message using the contact form (you will find it at the bottom of this page) stating that you want to return the socks and the reason for the return.

3. Request a return label.

Click on the button below to create your DHL returns label.

* Enter your address details.

* Click on "Next" to create the return label as a PDF.

* Print out the returns label or show the QR code displayed at a DHL Post office, DHL Parcel Shop or DHL Packstation and the returns label will be printed for you.

* Stick the printed label on your parcel.

* Drop off the parcel at the nearest DHL Post Office, DHL Parcel Shop or DHL Packstation.

When we receive your return, you will receive an e-mail from us with information about the credit note. The credit amount will then be refunded to you via the payment method used for the order.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs.
